Abstract

Training policies are crucial for enhancing employees' technical skills, prompting most large organizations to implement training activities and establish dedicated departments. This study explores trainers' opinions and perceptions of training programs designed to improve human resource performance and increase productivity through modern technologies. Face-to-face interviews were conducted to understand trainers’ views on training and development and their impact on organizational sustainability. The study revealed that training centers employ diverse methods, enabling trainees to learn anytime, anywhere. It also highlighted public organizations' awareness of technology's role in meeting social needs and capitalizing on business opportunities. Despite challenges, organizations continue to provide training courses. This study recommends that training needs be implemented in coordination with human resources managers to address employee skill gaps. Furthermore, it suggests that other organizations, such as banks and oil companies, adapt to the evolving technological environment so that training can facilitate keeping up with developments and enhance employee performance.
