E-Management as a Strategic Entry Point for Improving Administrative Organization in Sudanese Telecommunications Companies: A Case Study of Canar Company (2018–2023)

This study aimed to analyze the role of E-Management as a strategic approach to improving administrative organization in telecommunications companies in Sudan, applying it to Canar Company during the period
(2018-2023), The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, and data were collected through
a questionnaire distributed to a purposive sample of (98) employees working in the company, The most important results were that e-management effectively contributes to improving administrative performance by enhancing the functions of planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and directing. It also showed that the company's organizational structure is flexible and accommodates the introduction of modern technologies, and that there is a positive perception of the impact of e-management on improving the efficiency of administrative processes ,The study recommended expanding the application of e-management in telecommunications companies, developing digital infrastructure, enhancing employee technical skills, and promoting a culture of participation and internal communication, all to ensure higher levels of administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
