The Impact of Employee Psychological Resilience on Competitive Advantage in Industrial Organizations "A Field Study on the Al-Ahliya Cement Company"

This study aimed to investigate the impact of employee psychological resilience as an independent variable on enhancing competitive advantage as a dependent variable at the Al-Ahliya Cement Company. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, using a questionnaire to collect data from a sample of (34) employees.
The results revealed a high level of psychological resilience among employees, with an average of (4.02). A strong positive correlation (0.842) was found between resilience and competitive advantage dimensions. Regression analysis showed that psychological resilience explains (70.9%) of the variance in the company's competitive advantage. This confirms that psychological capital is a primary driver of performance excellence, quality, and speed. The study recommended that management continue supporting psychological well-being programs and upgrading production technologies to sustain competitive edges in cost and innovation.
